JUST STAMPING

This is a 3 x 5 inch piece done for an Art lottery on the Altered Designs yahoo group. The theme was just stamping which I did on a cream piece of cardstock. I've used three different stamps, the mermaid, the phrase and the shells at the bottom. I added a bit of colour with pencil crayons and then layed a piece of acetate (that I had done an ink technique on awhile back) over top of that. It reminded me of the water. I then layered the whole thing onto a piece of teal cardstock.

Just a Card

Just a quick card using Spellbinders Impressibilities Flowers as a stencil. The background was sponged with ink and left to dry. Image stamped with Versamark and chalked.

Quote ATC

This one uses some of the Ranger Alcohol inks, in the Brights family, for the background and then mounted on Bazzil card stock. The quote is a stamp from a CTMH set and the flowers and butterfly are stickers that look much better in real life..

The theme for this one was "Shades of Gray". As usual the scanner doesn't do it justice.

A Happy Birthday

A birthday card done for a friend. Think I'm starting out the new year with colour preference change since the first two pieces of art I've done have both used the colour pink. This card made me think of Spring which seems so far away although with the above freezing temperature here it could come sooner than we think. Well maybe that's just wishful thinking, I'm just glad I don't live on the east coast of the USA.
